🚀 How to Get the Best Help
Include Screenshots
A picture is worth a thousand words. Screenshots help us see exactly what you're seeing.
Describe the Context
Tell us how you encountered the issue - did you click a link? Receive an email? Visit a website?
Don't Rush
If something feels urgent or pressures you to act quickly, that's often a red flag. Take time to get help first.
🔍 What We Look For
When you submit something to us, we analyze it for common signs of scams and fraud, including:
- Suspicious URLs - domains that mimic legitimate sites
- Pressure tactics - urgent language designed to make you act quickly
- Requests for sensitive information - passwords, social security numbers, banking details
- Too-good-to-be-true offers - unrealistic promises or deals
- Impersonation attempts - messages claiming to be from banks, government agencies, or tech companies
- Technical red flags - suspicious attachments, malicious links, or fake login pages
📞 Other Ways to Stay Safe
While you're waiting for our response, here are some general safety tips:
- Don't click suspicious links - when in doubt, don't click
- Don't download unexpected attachments - especially from unknown senders
- Don't give out personal information - legitimate companies won't ask for passwords or SSNs via email
- Verify independently - if someone claims to be from your bank, call your bank directly using the number on your card
- Trust your instincts - if something feels off, it probably is
